We are hands on, providing 24/7 services: pricing and listing optimization, cleaners, repairs, inquiries with a response time of 2 minutes, back stock tracking, property inspections, routine services, emergencies, etc. This allows our clients to be 100% hands off. Our hosting fee is 20% after Airbnb/VRBO taxes and fees. We provide month to month services and have built a team of handymen and house cleaners. Each guest and client always will interact with Célida or myself for full transparency which keeps our growing company "Arizona local."
